EB32 Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, a joint venture between the RH Group and Competo Capital Partners, has been granted planning permission for the future-oriented Go Four It project with a gross floor area (GFA) of around 38,400 square meters. The sustainably designed business quarter on Hanauer Strasse / Ehrenbreitsteiner Strasse in Munich-Moosach, not far from the Olympic Park and the Olympic shopping center, has four buildings, a car-free connecting boulevard more than 200 meters long and up to 18 meters wide, and unusual green space concepts.
With its innovative and integrative architecture, it will be visible from afar and will shape the entire district. The lively campus creates a networked space for workplaces from different sectors and areas and enables a dynamic transition between work, leisure and recreation.
