The Go Four It has a well thought-out sustainability concept – both for the construction phase and for long-term use. A CO2-reduced construction method in accordance with CRREM and the use of regional, environmentally friendly building materials are essential. The use of geothermal energy on the property and large-scale photovoltaic systems for energy production as well as the use of smart building technology mean that you will benefit from low operating costs for the energy supply of approx. 1.50 euros/sqm in the long term. LEED Platinum and WiredScore Gold certifications are being sought. Pre-certification for LEED Platinum has already been obtained.
