Together with its partner Competo Capital Partners, the RH Group has submitted the building application for its office and commercial complex at Hanauer Strasse 91 in Munich to the Munich Local Building Commission (LBK). Around 38,400 square meters of gross floor area (GFA) were applied for, spread over four buildings with four to six floors. The connecting element between the buildings is a car-free, open boulevard.
The preliminary building permit for the project has been issued. The work on the building application was carried out together with the architectural firms Zechner & Zechner from Vienna and AllesWirdGut from Munich.
