The Local Building Commission (LBK) has issued a preliminary building permit for the property at Hanauer Strasse 91 in Munich. This will enable the owners RH Unternehmensgruppe and Competo Capital Partners to construct a visionary new building with 38,300 square meters of gross floor space for offices, retail, restaurants and other commercial uses on the 14,500 square meter site. The project partners RH Unternehmensgruppe and Competo Capital Partners plan to submit the building application to LBK by summer 2021.
