RH Unternehmensgruppe and Competo celebrate topping-out ceremony for the first construction phase of the Go Four It business quarter in Munich

With the traditional topping-out ceremony today, the building owners RH Unternehmensgruppe and Competo Capital Partners marked a decisive milestone in the construction of the Go Four It business quarter in Munich-Moosach. Around 180 guests came together at Hanauer Strasse 91-97 to toast the successful completion of the shell of the building – including Ministerial Director Gudrun Weidmann, Head of the Internationalization, Location Policy, Invest in Bavaria Department at the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, as well as the members of the Bavarian State Parliament for the Munich-Moosach constituency, MdL Benjamin Adjei (Bavarian Green Party) and MdL Dr. Alexander Dietrich (CSU). The first construction phase with the Go Four Red and Go Four Purple buildings will be successively handed over to the tenants on schedule from November 2026.

Robert Hübner, Managing Partner of the RH Group: “It fills me with pride that we have made progress on this project despite all the global challenges and are now on the home straight for the first construction phase. Our new building will be the largest contiguous ensemble of buildings in the immediate vicinity of the Olympia shopping center. The Go Four It will enhance the Munich-Moosach district and serve as a driver for further creative urban development.”

From high-tech to gastronomy: vibrant campus with a strong tenant mix
The first construction phase comprises the Go Four Red and Go Four Purple buildings with a total GFA of around 21,000 square meters. Go Four Red, with 10,000 square meters of GFA, is fully let to DMG MORI. The German-Japanese manufacturer of machine tools will establish its European headquarters here. Munich-based pizza and pasta expert L’Osteria will open a restaurant in Go Four Purple.

Politicians acknowledge the importance of Go Four It for the north of Munich
The guests from the Bavarian state parliament emphasized the relevance of the project for the urban development of the Moosach district and the entire north of Munich.

Benjamin Adjei, Member of the Bavarian Green Party: “A business Quarter is being created here that combines economic strength, sustainable energy supply, digital infrastructure and modern mobility. This is good for Moosach, good for Munich and good for Bavaria as a business location.”
MdL Dr. Alexander Dietrich, CSU: “In economically challenging times, ‘Go Four It’ as a modern innovation campus in Moosach sends an important signal for Munich as a business location and for a district that combines economic dynamism with established structures and a strong sense of community.”
