Yes, Go Four It is located near the city center in northern Munich and is easily accessible by public transportation (subway, bus) as well as by car (quick access to the highways). Munich Central Station and Munich Airport are also within easy reach.

The areas range from about 226 square meters to more than 10,500 square meters.
When will office and commercial spaces be available at Go Four It?
The first units will be ready for occupancy starting in Q4 2026.
Can surfaces be combined and individually designed?
Yes, the rental spaces at Go Four It can be flexibly combined and are planned according to the individual requirements of future tenants. Floor plans, room layouts, and fit-out concepts can be individually adapted to the company’s needs.
Is it possible to rent an entire building?
Yes, the Go Four Green building, with a gross floor area of approximately 7,745 m2, is available for exclusive lease and can be customized to suit your needs.
How much does a square meter of office space cost in Munich?
Office space rental prices in Munich vary depending on location, amenities, and building quality. At the Go Four It Campus, current rental prices start at approximately €25.50 per square meter.

What sustainability standards does the Go Four It Campus meet?
The Go Four It Campus is aiming for LEED Platinum certification. This international certification recognizes buildings that are particularly energy-efficient and sustainable. The energy concept includes, among other things, geothermal energy, heat pumps, and photovoltaic systems.
How much do energy costs amount to?
Thanks to the use of renewable energy sources such as geothermal energy and photovoltaics, tenants benefit from low operating costs for energy supply, at 1.50 euros per square meter.
Parking and E-Mobility
Is there parking available for employees and visitors?
Yes. The campus has a two-story underground parking garage with about 530 parking spaces for cars and about 400 bike parking spaces.
Are there charging stations for electric vehicles?
Yes, about half of all car and bicycle parking spaces in our underground garage are equipped with charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.
