Another milestone has been reached: the construction site for the second construction phase was opened on schedule. This means that Go Four It continues to grow. The Go Four Blue and Go Four Green buildings – the third and fourth buildings in the business quarter in Munich-Moosach – will be built on a floor area of 7,000 square meters by 2027. Each with four floors and a total GFA of 16,700 square meters, they offer space for office and presentation, light industrial, health and fitness, gastronomy and specialist retail.

The Go Four Green building with a good 7,700 square meters of gross floor area allows for maximum flexibility and a high degree of technical and spatial adaptability. With variable ceiling heights and floor plans, the option of combining floors, the high ceiling and floor loads and the planned goods elevators, the building is ideal for light industrial, laboratory, research and companies with highly specialized operational equipment requirements. It is possible to rent the entire building as a single user and create a property that adapts precisely to individual company processes.

A balanced mix of office space, health and fitness facilities and attractive services is planned for the Go Four Blue building on the northern side. The dental company “AllDent Zahnzentrum” has already been confirmed as the first tenant. The 7,800 square meters still available can be flexibly combined and individually planned and expanded according to tenant wishes.
