The construction site for the Go Four It was officially opened on September 10, 2024 with the traditional ground-breaking ceremony. 120 invited guests celebrated the start of construction of the business quarter in Munich-Moosach. The technology company DMG MORI has signed a 20-year lease for 10,000 square meters of gross floor area (GFA) in the Go Four It business quarter in Munich. The global market leader for machine tools will set up its European headquarters in the campus-like ensemble from 2026. The Go Four It is a new building project by the RH Group and Competo Capital Partners in Munich-Moosach with a total gross floor area of around 38,000 square meters.
